Spice Apartments, South Brisbane

The client, Kilcor Property Group is a privately owned, Brisbane based property development and investment group, specialising in residential and retail projects throughout Australia.


Their brief was for a high impact display/sales centre to be installed on the front of the three frontage site to take advantage of the site’s position at the South Brisbane entrance to the Go Between Bridge.


Glendale Display Solutions, working with the client, client’s architect and project marketing consultant designed the sales centre with large wall panels allowing excellent project artist impressions and branding skins.  This display also provided windows at carefully selected locations allowing inviting glimpses of the stunning project interiors for both the passing vehicle and pedestrian/cycling traffic.


The main entrance to the sales center is via the car park and can also be accessed by pedestrians via two small sets of stairs or on-grade from the carpark.


Glendale Display Solutions were given a 4 week time frame to build and install the completed sales centre including the interiors (excluding project marketing skins).  Glendale Display Solutions were also able to manage the electricity connection to the site which was complicated given the power supply to the site was limited as a result of the construction of the Go Between Bridge.


The project was successfully completed on time and was installed in a overnight delivery with minimum road escorts and closures.
